Learn how to hula and poi twirl like a pro. Hula hoops and poi are provided and it's easy and fun to learn. Hooping is a great workout and develops an amazing core strength while poi develops co-ordination, flexibility and upper body tone. Suitable for complete beginners from age 7 and up.
